Diplomová práce s názvem Zabezpečení osobního stavu občanů ČR nejprve obecně vymezuje pojmy veřejná správa a vnitřní správa a oblasti, které vnitřní správa zahrnuje. Jednou z těchto oblastí je zabezpečení osobního stavu občanů ČR. Základní instituty patřící do tohoto tématu jsou rozebrány ve druhé až šesté kapitole. Jedná se o matriku, jméno a příjmení, rodné číslo, evidenci obyvatel, občanský průkaz, cestovní doklad a státní občanství. Ve třetí kapitole je zmíněna modernizace veřejné správy v oblasti základních registrů. V práci jsou uvedeny případy a stanoviska Veřejného ochránce práv a judikatura. Cílem práce je přiblížit základní instituty patřící do tématu Zabezpečení osobního stavu obyvatelstva ČR.The diploma thesis titled Securing the Personal State of Citizens of the Czech Republic begins by generally delimiting the concepts of Public Administration and Administration of Interior and areas which are included in the Administration of Interior. One of these areas is securing personal state of citizens of the Czech Republic. The basic institutes connected to this topic are discussed in chapters two to six. These institutes are: register of births, deaths and marriages; first and family name; national identification number; register of inhabitants; identity card; passport; citizenship. The modernization of Public Administration in the area of basic registers is mentioned in the third chapter. The thesis lists the cases and statements of the Ombudsman and the Judicature. The aim of the thesis is to adumbrate the basic institutions connected to the topic of securing the personal state of citizens of the Czech Republic.
