Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením vlivu hipoterapie na kinematické parametry chůze u pacientů s vertebrogenními potížemi. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky o hipoterapii, charakteristika vertebrogenní problematiky se zaměřením na kořenové syndromy a diskopatie a poznatky o kinematických parametrech chůze člověka. Výzkum byl prováděn pomocí optoelektronického systému Vicon MX u 36 probandů před zahájením a po ukončení lázeňské péče. Hodnoceny byly základní kinematické parametry chůze. Z výsledků studie vyplývá, že došlo ke změně úhlových parametrů v kolenním a kyčelním kloubu ve smyslu zvětšení rozsahu pohybu u experimentální skupiny. Zároveň byl vypozorován trend k symetrizaci rozsahu pohybu pánve. U kontrolní skupiny tyto trendy zjištěny nebyly.This thesis evaluates the influence of hippotherapy on gait kinematic parameters in patients with vertebrogenic disorders. In the theoretical part is provided knowledge about hippotherapy, characteristic vertebral problems, focusing on the root syndromes and discopathy and knowledge of the kinematic parameters of walking person. The research was conducted using optoelectronic system Vicon MX on 36 probands before and after spa previously treated. Basic kinematic parameters of gait were evaluated. Results of the study indicated that there was a change of angular parameters of the knee and hip in terms of increase range of the motion in the experimental group. At the same time was observed a trend for symmetrization the range of motion of the pelvis. In the control group these trends were observed.
