Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit efektivitu terapie chůze na terapeutickém pásu C-Mill na zatížení paretické dolní končetiny v posturografických testech u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě, posturální kontrole, posturální stabilitě a lokomoci u jedinců po CMP s nástinem možné rehabilitace. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na vliv terapie chůze s různým typem senzorické stimulace na změnu zatížení paretické dolní končetiny ve stoji a v testovaných posturálních situacích u pacientů s hemiparézou. Soubor 15 probandů se účastnil celkem tří terapií, pokaždé s jinou senzorickou stimulací. Efekt terapie byl hodnocen pomocí vybraných posturografických testů, ve kterém byli pacienti vyšetřeni vždy před a po terapii. Z výsledků vyplývá, že zejména terapie chůze se senzorickou stimulací má pozitivní vliv na zatížení paretické končetiny v klidném stoji, při automatických reakcích a na schopnost volní kontroly pohybu k paretické straně.The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the gait therapy on the therapeutic treadmill C-Mill with the main aim on the load of the paretic lower limb during posturographic tests conducted on patients after stroke. In the theoretical part, a compilation of information and findings on the stroke, postural control, postural stability and locomotion of individuals after the stroke, with the indication of possible therapy. The other part of the thesis, research, is focused on the influence of the gait therapy with various degrees of sensoric stimulation with the relation to the change of the load on the paretic lower limb while standing and during tested postural situations of the patients with hemiparesis. A group of 15 subjects took part in 3 different therapies, each with different sensoric stimulation. The effect of the therapy was evaluated with chosen posturographical tests, by which subjects were evaluated before and after the therapy. Results suggest that mainly gait therapy with sensoric stimulation has a positive effect on the load of the paretic limb during calm stand, automatic reactions and on the ability of voluntary posture control on the paretic side.
