Bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Cílem teoretické části je v prvé řadě definování pojmů (stáří, rané stáří, technika, technologie, informační technologie, technická gramotnost, informační gramotnost) které s problematikou práce souvisí. Dále pak objasnění toho, v čem problematika informačních technologií v životě seniorů tkví a z čeho ústí rozšiřující se digitální propast. Cílem je rovněž poukázat na možnosti, které jsou seniorům v tomto ohledu nabízeny a na vybrané motivační prvky. Cílem části praktické je analyzovat pohled seniorů na informační technologie a vybrané faktory, které tento pohled mohou ovlivňovat.The bachelor thesis constitutes of two parts theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is primarily focused on defining keywords (old age, senescence, technics, technology, information technology, technical literacy, information literacy) concerning the topic, secondary then clarification of basics that underlie issues of information technolgy in seniors' life and what results in growing digital divide. Its role is also to explore seniors' possibilities concerning the topic and several reasons that could alter their motivation. The practical part is focused on analysing seniors' view on information technology and selected factors that can possibly affect this view.
