Diplomová práce je zaměřena na motivaci dobrovolníků při práci s rizikovou mládeží. V teoretické části se věnuje vysvětlení pojmu motivace. Rozebírá druhy motivace a popisuje pojem motivace dobrovolníků. Definuje terminologii dobrovolnictví, jeho typy a oblasti tohoto fenoménu. Dále se zabývá metodikou práce s dobrovolníky. Poslední kapitola teoretické se věnuje charakteristice konkrétního zařízení NZDM T klub Zlín a Vnitřním manuálům, které slouží především ke srovnání a zjištění poznatků vyplývajících z rozhovorů s respondenty. Empirická část je zaměřená na hlubší prozkoumání praxe, kterou NZDM T klub v rámci dobrovolnické služby uplatňuje. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jaké oblasti uplatňované praxe NZDM T klub přispívají k posílení motivace dobrovolníků a které oblasti tuto motivaci naopak oslabují.The thesis is focused on the motivation of volunteers by working with high-risk youth. The theoretical part is devoted to the explanation of the concept of motivation. It analyses the types of motivation and describes the concept of motivation of volunteers. This thesis defines the terms of volunteering, its types and areas of this phenomenon. It also deals with the methodology of working with volunteers. The last chapter looks into the characteristics of a specific institution called "the low threshold club for children and youth T-club in Zlín" and Inner manuals, which are primarily used for comparing and determining of knowledge and information from interviews with respondents. The empirical part focuses on deeper examination of the practice, which the low threshold club for children and youth T-club in Zlín uses via a volunteer service. The aim of the research determines areas of practical application in the low threshold club for children and youth T-club in Zlín, which contribute to strengthening or weakening of motivation of volunteers.
