Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou "Manažerské techniky a jejich využití ve škole", cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a analyzovat využívání vybraných manažerských technik, delegování a vedení porad, v Dětském domově a Školní jídelně Zruč nad Sázavou, zhodnotit jejich přiměřenost a účinnost. Pro zpracování teoretické části práce jsem využila studium odborné literatury. V úvodu teoretické části popisuji management jako vědu a proces řízení, jeho historii, základní manažerské funkce a role. V dalších kapitolách se zabývám řídícími pracovníky a osobností manažera. V poslední kapitole teoretické části definuji manažerské techniky jako nástroj manažera a podrobně se zabývám vybranými technikami delegování a vedení porad. V praktické části uvádím charakteristiku organizace, ve které jsem prováděla svůj výzkum. K výzkumu jsem využila dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor. Obě tyto metody se zaměřily na problematiku vedení pedagogických porad v dětském domově a na manažerskou techniku delegování. Informace, které jsem výzkumem získala jsem zpracovala a na jejich základě jsem navrhla doporučení, ke zlepšení využívání těchto metod.The topic of this thesis is " Management techniques and their use in school " , aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the use of selected management techniques , delegating and leadership of meetings in the Children's home and school cafeteria in Zruč nad Sázavou, assess their adequacy and effectiveness. For processing of the theoretical part I used the study of specialized literature. In introduction of theoretical part I describe management as a science and management process, its history, basic management functions and roles. In other chapters I deal with management personalities. In the last chapter of the theoretical part I define management techniques as a tools of the manager and in detail I deal with selected techniques of delegation and meeting management. In the practical part I characterize organization in which I made my research. I have used the questionnaire and interview for the research. Both of these methods have focused on issues of educational leadership of meetings in an orphanage and management techniques of delegation. The information I received, was compiled and on its basis I propose recommendations to improve the use of these methods.
