Cílem této bakalářské práce bude zjistit zpětnou vazbu uživatelů supervize. Konkrétně sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách. Zjistit subjektivní vnímání důležitosti a pociťovaný efekt supervize jako nástroje řízení kvality poskytování sociálních služeb. V teoretické části bude analyzována supervize a způsoby její aplikace v praxi s ohledem na potřeby pracovníků a obecné zásady řízení kvality v sociálních službách. Zvláštní zřetel bude brán na limity supervize a specifikaci situací, kdy supervizi nelze použít jako nástroj řízení. V praktické části bude realizován průzkum v organizace Diakonie Vsetín a vzorku respondentů organizace, jehož účelem bude pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit zkušenosti se supervizí a názory sociálních pracovníků či pracovníků v sociálních službách na její možnosti a limity. Smyslem textu bude poukázat na hranice supervize a pomoci vymezit pole její působnosti v sociálních službách.In my Bachelor thesis I look at clinical supervision in social work and the experience of its users, specifically social workers and other professionals in the area of social care. For the purposes of this thesis, I asked them about their personal feelings on the importance and the effects of supervision in their work. For the purposes of this paper I interpreted supervision as an instrument of quality control in social care provision. In the theory section I describe quality management in social work and analyse the ways supervision is practiced to serve the needs of social workers and other professionals in the field. I pay special attention to the limitations of supervision and situations when supervision cannot be used for quality control purposes. In the field research section of the paper I report on a survey I carried out among the workers of Diakonie Vsetín (a Christian non-profit organization that provides services to different groups of people in need - elderly people, people with disabilities, ill people, poor people, homeless people and others). The goal of the survey was to find out what was the experience of Diakonie employees with supervision and what they thought about the potential and the limits of supervision in their area of work. The goal of the paper is to outline the scope of supervision in social work and to point out its limitations.
