Předmětem této práce bylo ediční zpracování části rozsáhlé korespondence Richarda Weinera, jež je coby součást Weinerovy pozůstalosti uložena v Památníku národního písemnictví, a to konkrétně korespondence rodinné z let 19141918. Edice sestává pouze z dopisů Weinerem odeslaných, seřazených chronologicky podle data jejich vzniku. Zpracováno bylo celkem 287 jednotek, které byly doplněny doprovodnými texty: komentářem, ediční poznámkou a jmenným rejstříkem. Při edičním zpracování byly dodrženy obecné zásady stanovené v příručce Editor a text. Podstatou při úpravě dopisů byla snaha o zvýšení čtenářského komfortu, ovšem se zřetelem na co největší zachování jejich autenticity. Cílem bylo vytvoření edice přístupné širší čtenářské obci, která by byla přínosná i odborníkům pro další literárněvědné či literárněhistorické bádání.The topic of this work was the editorial process of extensive correspondence of Richard Weiner, which is as part of Weiner's estate deposited in the Museum of National Literature, specifically family correspondence from 1914-1918. Edition consists only of letters sent by Weiner, arranged chronologically by the date of their creation. It counts 287 units, which are completed by other accompanying texts: commentary, editorial note and namespace index. The editorial work was made according to the general principles of the Editor a text publication. The essence of the treatment letters was to increase the reader's convenience, but with the greatest respect to the preservation of their authenticity. The aim was to create a edition, which would be accessible to a wider readership, which would be helpful for professionals for their literary or literary-historical research.
