Diplomová práce, která nese název Ústavní vývoj Francie po Velké francouzské revoluci, popisuje vývoj ústavního pořádku ve Francii na konci 18. století. V první kapitole je nastíněno předrevoluční dění ve Francii, rozdělení společnosti a poté následuje průběh samotné Francouzské revoluce. Hlavní kapitoly jsou věnovány Deklaraci práv člověka a občana, Ústavě z roku 1791, Ústavě z roku I (Jakobínské ústavě), Ústavě z roku III (Thermidorské ústavě) a na závěr Ústavě z roku VIII. V těchto ústávách jsou většinou podrobně rozebrány moc zákonodárná, moc výkonná, moc soudní, místní správa, institut občanství a také práva a svobody občanů. V této práci je také obsažna stručná komparace, aby bylo jasno, zda došlo s přijmutím nových ústav k pokroku či kroku zpět.The thesis, titled Constitutional development of France after The Great French Revolution, describes the evolution of the constitutional devolopment in France in the late 18th century. In the first chapter is described the pre-revolutionary situation in France, the separation of society and followed the course of the French Revolution itself. The main chapters are devoted to The Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, The Constitution of 1791, The Constitution of the Year I (Jacobin constitution), The Constitution of the Year III (Thermidorian constitution) and finally the Constitution of the Year VIII. These constitutions are usually described in detail the legislative branch, the executive, the judiciary, local government, the institute of citizenship and the rights and freedoms of citizens. This thesis also includes a brief comparison to make it clear, whether there is progress or step back with every new Constitution.
