Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na postavení žen v humanitních a sociálních profesích v minulosti. Cílem je analyzovat historický vývoj sociální práce z pohledu žen, objasnit formování genderové stereotypizace ženské práce v sociálních sférách a jejich dopad v dnešní době. Jsou diskutovány pojmy genderové problematiky, vymezena oblast sociální práce s popisem stručného historického vývoje. Důraz je kladen na analýzu pracovní problematiky a formování sociální práce jako profese v období konce 19. století a 1. poloviny 20. století. Dalším těžištěm je rovněž vznik a rozvoj vzdělávání v oblasti.The bachelor thesis is focused on the status of women in the humanities and social professions in the past. The aim is to describe the historical development of social work from the perspective of women, to explain the formation of gender stereotyping of women's work in social spheres and their impact today. They are discussed in terms of gender issues, defined in social work with a brief description of the historical development. Emphasis is placed on analysis of labor issues and the formation of social work as a profession in the late 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. Another important factor is also the emergence and development of education in the region.
