V magisterské diplomové práci Starosta Karl Brandhuber a národní život v Olomouci za jeho úřadu (1896-1918). Příspěvek k tématu vzájemného soužití českého a německého obyvatelstva na Moravě před rokem 1918 je nejprve pojednáno o dosavadní nejdůležitější historiografické produkci k dějinám Olomouce a o důležitých pramenech a literatuře zohledněných v práci. Poté je představen společenský život v Olomouci od 60. let 19. století, do roku 1918, dva poslední němečtí starostové Olomouce Josef von Engel a Karl Brandhuber a následně je pozornost zaměřena na soužití českého a německého obyvatelstva v Olomouci a osobnost Karla Brandhubera.The Master Degree Thesis Mayor Karl Brandhuber and the national life in the Olomouc city during his office (1896-1918). A contribution to the theme of common life of Czech and German inhabitants of Moravia before 1918 - firstly the most important historiographical production of Olomouc´s history is discussed and then follows the discussion about the sources and literature which were used in this thesis. Next follows a treatise of social life in Olomouc from the year 1860 to 1918, the two last German mayors of Olomouc-Josef von Engel and Karl Brandhuber and lastly in the focus is the common life of Czech and German inhabitants and the personality of Karl Brandhuber.
