Práce se zabývá politicky motivovanou perzekucí civilního obyvatelstva na jihovýchodní Moravě. Perzekuce je zasazena do širšího historického kontextu a popsána ze dvou hledisek - trestněprávního a státně bezpečnostního. Zjištěné skutečnosti jsou doloženy na příkladu několika vybraných politických procesů. Dále reflektovány dopady politické perzekuce na rodiny odsouzených osob. V závěru práce je začleněna kapitola věnující se problematice revizí a rehabilitací politických procesů.This diploma thesis deals with the politically motivated persecutions of the civil society in the Southeast Moravia region. The persecution is set into wider historical context and it is described from the criminal-law perspective and the state-security perspective. This information is shown through the example of some specific political court cases. This is followed by the description of consequences of politically motivated persecution for the families of convicted people. Finally, there is a chapter dedicated to phenomenon of revisions and rehabilitations of political court cases.
