Cílem diplomové práce je analýza firemní kultury Résidence du Port v La Rochelle, přičemž důležitou součástí této analýzy je i odraz kulturních specifik Francouzů v této organizaci. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy kultura, firemní kultura a poskytuje různé charakteristiky francouzského národa. Praktická část následně komplexně analyzuje firemní kulturu a francouzská specifika. Součástí práce je i rozhovor s manažerkou firmy a nechybějí ani rady a doporučení pro vyjíždějící studenty programu Erasmus.The aim of this thesis is to analyse corporate culture of the Résidence du Port in La Rochelle, while an important part of this analysis is a reflection of cultural specificities of the French in this organization. The theoretical part explains the concepts of culture, corporate culture and various characteristics of the French nation. The practical part comprehensively analyses the corporate culture and French specificities. This thesis also includes an interview with the manager of the company and we can find there also some advice and recommendations for ougoing Erasmus students.
