Tato práce popisuje současné možnosti terapie spasticiy horní končetiny. Cílem je shrnout poznatky spasticitě a popsat konkrétní prvky používané v rámci terapie. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty možnosti terapeutický postupů a také je zhodnocena efektivita jednotlivých fyzioterapeutickcých konceptů. Nejčastěji používanými periodiky byly Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology, Clinical Rehabilitation a Stroke.This work describes current possibilities of influencing spasticity of upper limb. The aim is to summarize knowledge about spasticity and to describe specific elements used in treatment. At the end of this work, there is summary of possibilities of therapeutic methods and there is also evaluation of effectivness of particular physiotherapeutic concepts. The most common sources were Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology, Clinical Rehabilitation and Stroke.
