Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými strategiemi ve výživě nedonošeného dítěte. Zaměřuje se na všechny možnosti výživy a jejich skladbu živin vhodnou pro tuto skupinu dětí. Jsou zde shrnuty poznatky o specifických problémech zdravotního stavu nedonošených dětí, o dnešní problematice výživy těchto dětí během pobytu v nemocnici a následně po propuštění do domácí péče. Dále jsou zde popsány názory na současné strategie výživy nedonošených dětí. Hlavním cílem této práce je poskytnout přehled o nejnovějších poznatcích ve výživě těchto novorozenců.This overview thesis discusses current strategies in the nutrition premature infant. It focuses on all the possibilities of nutrition and their nutrient composition suitable for this group of children. It summarizes the findings of the specific health problems of premature infants, today's nutrition problems of these children during their hospital stay and after discharge to home care. There are also described opinions on current nutritional strategies of premature infants. The main objektive of this thesis is to provide an overview of the latest developments in the nutrition of these infants.
