Tato přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Crohnovy choroby a jejím vlivem na těhotenství. První kapitola se zaměřuje obecně na Crohnovu chorobu, etiologii, příznaky, komplikace a diagnostiku. Druhá kapitola se zabývá ovlivněním fertility a těhotenství při Crohnově chorobě. Popisuje vyšetřovací metody, léčbu a výživu u těhotných žen s Crohnovou chorobou. Na konci kapitoly je přiblížen způsob porodu u Crohnovy choroby.This bachelor´s thesis is dealing with Crohn's disease and its influence on gravidity. The first chapter focuses on Crohn´s disease, etiology, symptoms, complications and diagnostics. The second chapter is dealing with an influence of fertility and pregnancy throughout Crohn´s disease. It describes methods of examination, treatment and nutrition for pregnant women with Crohn's disease. At the end of the chapter is depicted the way of delivery for Crohn´s disease.
