Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na moderné trendy v ultrasonografii. Vychádza z analýzy vybraných článkov publikovaných v českých i zahraničných odborných publikáciách a časopisoch. Pre tvorbu bakalárskej práce boli formulované tieto ciele. Prvým z cieľov predloženej práce je analýza moderných trendov v ultrasonografických technológiách so zameraním na kontrastnú ultrasonografiu a sonoelastografiu. Ďalším cieľom je objasniť význam ultrasonografickej kontrastnej látky v diagnostike. Tretím cieľom je objasnenie sonoelastografie a jej význam v diagnostickom zobrazovaní.The bachelor thesis focuses on modern trends in ultrasonography. Thesis is based on an analysis of selected articles published in Czech and foreign professional publications and journals. For creating bachelor thesis was formulated these objectives. The first of the objectives of the submitted work is the analysis of modern trends in ultrasonographic technologies with a focus on contrast ultrasonography and sonoelastography. Next aim is to clarify the meaning of ultrasonographic contrast substance in diagnostics. The third aim is to clarify the sonoelastography and its importance in diagnostically imaging.
