Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá variabilitou virulence izolátů Bremia lactucae sesbíraných v roce 2010 na planě rostoucích rostlinách Lactuca serriola v České republice (a jednom izolátu z Rakouska). Teoretická část se zaměřuje na jednotlivé složky rostlinného patosystému B. lactucae ? Lactuca spp. (s důrazem na Lactuca serriola) a popisuje genetické pozadí interakce mezi nimi. Především pak virulenci patogenu a možnosti vyjádření její variability, a zároveň 4 základní typy rezistence hostitelského organismu. Praktická část pojednává o výsledcích testování izolátů B. lactucae na diferenciačním souboru 56 hostitelských genotypů, na jejichž základě jsou stanoveny v-faktory, fenotypy virulence a sextet kódy jednotlivých izolátů B. lactucae, které jsou mezi sebou následně porovnány, zejména z hlediska geografického.This bachelor thesis deals with the variability of virulence of Bremia lactucae isolates collected in 2010 on the wild Lactuca serriola plants growing in the Czech Republic (and on one isolate from Austria). The theoretical part is focused on the individual components of plant pathosystem B. lactucae - Lactuca spp. (focusing on Lactuca serriola) and describes the genetic background of interactions between them; especially the virulence of the pathogen and possibilities of expression of its variability, as well as four basic types of resistance of the host organism. The practical part deals with the results of the tests of the B. Lactucae isolates on differential set of 56 host genotypes. Based on the results of the tests are determined v-factors, phenotypes of virulence and sextet codes of individual isolates of B. lactucae, which are subsequently compared with each other, especially from the geographical point of view.
