Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou, testováním a způsoby rehabilitace poruch rovnováhy a hypokineze u pacientů s Parkinsonovou chorobou. Poruchy rovnováhy a hypokineze mohou vést ke snižování kvality života pacientů a jejich invalidizování. Podrobným testováním pacienta můžeme získat přesné informace o funkčních schopnostech pacienta a zajistit tak vhodnou individuální rehabilitaci. Náplní této práce je shrnutí nejnovějších dostupných informací týkající se popisu uvedených symptomů, jejich testování a ovlivnění fyzioterapeutickou intervencí. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta s Parkinsonovou chorobou s návrhem rehabilitačního plánu.This paper, a thesis presented as part of a bachelor degree, addresses balance disorders and hypokinesia in patients with Parkinson´s disease, their characterization, examination, and approaches to rehabilitation. Balance disorders and hypokinesia lead to a lowering of the quality of life in Parkinson?s patients, even to complete disability. Quite exact information about the functional abilities of the patient may be obtained through detailed testing, thus strongly indicating suitable individual rehabilitation. This thesis summarises the current state of information on the subject, especially the symptoms mentioned, their evaluation, and the influence of physiotherapeutical intervention. The case history of a particular patient with Parkinson´s disease is included, together with a suggested rehabilitation plan.
