Tato bakalářská práce popisuje možnosti diagnostiky, léčby a způsobu rehabilitace bimaleolárních zlomenin kotníku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na přehled o anatomii a kineziologii hlezenního kloubu, problematiku klasifikace zlomenin, indikaci ke konzervativní nebo operační léčbě a možné komplikace spojené s jednotlivými druhy léčby. V druhé části bakalářské práce se pojednává o možnostech rehabilitace u konzervativně nebo operativně léčených zlomenin. Zlomeniny kotníku jsou jedním z nejčastějších poranění na dolních končetinách, proto je důležité znát možnosti léčby a rehabilitace, abychom docílili rychlejší rekonvalescenci pacienta. Součástí práce je i kazuistika pacientky s bimaleolární zlomeninou kotníku.This bachelor?s thesis project describes the possibilities of diagnostics, therapy and way of physiotherapy of bimalleolar ankle fractures. The theoretic part focuses on a survey of anatomy and kinesiology of ankle joint, the issue of fractures classification, the indication to conservative or operative therapy and possible complications related to each kind of therapy. The second part of bachelor?s project deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy with fractures treated in the conservative or operative way. The ankle fractures are one of the most frequent injuries of lower extremities; it is therefore important to know the possibilities of therapy and physiotherapy so as to achieve faster recovery of the patient. Part of the project is also the casuistics of a woman patient with a bimalleolar ankle fractures.
