Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zlomenin distálního konce radia a jejich následné rehabilitace. V úvodní části je popsána anatomie, funkční anatomie zápěstí a mechanismus vzniku zlomeniny. Dále je objasněna klasifikace těchto poranění a diagnostika. Důležitou součástí je také zmínění možných léčebných postupů a případných komplikací. Největší pozornost je zaměřena na léčebnou rehabilitaci, která napomáhá pacientům k návratu do běžného života s minimálními následky. Práce je doplněna o kazuistiku pacienta po zlomenině distálního radia typu 23.C3 dle klasifikace AO.The bachelor?s thesis deals with the issue of fractures of distal radius edge and the follow-up rehabilitation. In the introductory part the anatomy, the functional anatomy of the wrist and the mechanism of fracture generation are described. Further the classification of these injuries and diagnostics are clarified. An important part is also an account of possible therapeutic procedures and relevant complications. The greatest attention is paid to therapeutic rehabilitation, which helps the patients to return into normal life with minimum negative consequences. The thesis is completed with the case report of a patient after fracture of distal radius of type 23.C3 according to AO classification.
