Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního podnikání v Pardubickém kraji. Cílem je prozkoumat problémy sociálních podniků v oblasti finanční, poradenské, propagační a zaměstnanosti a navrhnout zlepšení spolupráce s Krajským úřadem Pardubického kraje. K jeho naplnění došlo skrze zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky: "Co brání a co je potřeba udělat pro rozvoj sociálního podnikání v Pardubickém kraji z hlediska manažerů v oblasti finanční, poradenské, propagační a zaměstnanosti?" Pro výzkum byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie za použití metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Středem zájmu byla analýza manažerských odpovědí. Zjištěná data byla interpretována a na základě výzkumných zjištění jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of social entrepreneurship in the Pardubice Region. The aim is to explore problems of social enterprises in the field of finance, counselling, promotion and employment, and to suggest better cooperation with the Regional Authority of the Pardubice Region. Its fulfilment was reached through answering the main research question: "What restrains and what needs to be done for the development of social entrepreneurship in the Pardubice Region on the part of managers in the field of finance, counselling, promotion and employment?" A qualitative research strategy using the method of semi-structured interview was used for this research. The analysis of the manager answers was in the centre of interest. Collected data was interpreted and according to the research findings, recommendations for practice were suggested.
