Bakalářská práce analyzuje a popisuje vztahy v žákovském fotbalovém mužstvu TJ Sokol Švábenice. Teoretická část je zaměřená na popis malé skupiny, její strukturu, role, pozice a komunikace ve skupině. Jsou zde uvedený a blíže popsány tři etapy lidského vývoje, které jsou zastoupeny v mužstvu, role trenéra. V neposlední řadě je nastíněna výzkumná metoda, která byla využita v praktické části a tou je sociometrie.Bachelor thesis analyzes and describes pupil relationships in the TJ football team Švábenice. The theoretical part is oriented on the description of a small group, its structure, roles, positions, and communication within the group. They are mentioned and described in more detail the three stages of human evolution, which are represented in the team, the role of coach. Finally, it outlines the research method that was used in the practical part and that is sociometry.
