Práce se zabývá analýzou časových řad ve spektrální doméně. V teoretické části byla odvozena metoda periodogramu používaná k nalezení významných frekvencí ve stejnoměrně vzorkovaném signálu. Pro testování významnosti frekvencí byl popsán test R. A. Fishera. Další odvozená metoda nazývaná Lombův periodogram se využívá pro nestejnoměrně vzorkovaný signál. V praktické části byly tyto metody aplikovány na soubor reálných EKG signálů a vypočítány frekvenční charakteristiky.The work deals with the analysis of time series in the spectral domain. In the teoretical part there was derived a method of periodogram, which is used to find significant frequencies in the uniformly sampled signal. To test of significance was described the R. A. Fisher's test. Next was derived method called the Lomb periodogram, which is used in the unevenly sampled signal. In the practical part these methods were applied to a set of real ECG signals and there were calculated its frequency characteristics.
