Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou CHARGE syndromu, jeho terminologií, symptomatologií, diagnostikou, diferenciální diagnostikou a etiologií. Dále se zabývá komunikací, se zaměřením na specifika a možnosti komunikace jedinců s CHARGE syndromem. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou zpracovány případové studie tří dětí s diagnózou CHARGE syndromu a popsány specifika jejich komunikace.The diploma thesis deals with the issues of CHARGE syndrome, its terminology, symptomatology, diagnostics, differential diagnostics and etiology. If further deals with communication, with the focus on the communication specificities and possibilities of the individuals suffering from CHARGE syndrome. The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with the case studies of three children with the diagnosed CHARGE syndrome and uses the quantitative research methods to describe the specificities of their communication.
