Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá využitím koček v systému terapií a to u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis animoterapií, převážně tedy na felinoterapii, dále pak na popis demencí s důrazem na Alzheimerovu chorobu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké pocity zažívají osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou při felinoterapii a zda podle nich je tento typ terapie pro ně vhodný, či nikoli nejen po fyzické, ale i psychické stránce. A dále pak zjistit v jakém rozsahu je felinoterapie využívána v sociálních zařízeních určených pro osoby trpící Alzheimerovou chorobou. Metodou šetření byl dotazník určený třem vybraným sociálním zařízením, které pracují s osobami s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Na základě vyplněných dotazníků, bylo zjištěno, že v zařízeních, kde se felinoterapie využívá, přináší osobám s Alzheimerovou chorobou radost, dobrou náladu, pohodu, zlepšení psychiky, koordinace pohybů a jemné motoriky a slouží k odbourání pocitu samoty.Bachelor thesis deals with the use of cats in the therapies and in persons with Alzheimer's disease. The theoretical part focuses on the description animotherapy, mostly on felinotherapy so, then the description of dementia with an emphasis on Alzheimer's disease. The aim was to determine whether the felinotherapy for people with Alzheimer's disease benefit not only physically but also mentally. And then find out the extent to which felinotherapy used in social welfare institutions for persons suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The method of research was a questionnaire addressed three selected facilities that work with persons with Alzheimer's disease. Based on questionnaires, it was found that in facilities where felinotherapy uses, brings people with Alzheimer's happy, good mood, wellbeing, mental improvement, coordination and fine motor movements and serves to dismantle the sense of solitude.
