Cílem této práce bylo nastínit současnou situaci v japonských firmách v ohledu na postavení žen. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: první část pomáhá nastínit současnou situaci žen v japonské a české společnosti, následně studuje vývoj vnímání žen jako zaměstnankyň a zároveň popisuje současné postavení žen v japonských firmách. V druhé části jsou zpracovány výsledky zkoumání v českých pobočkách japonských firem. Pomocí tohoto výzkumu byla nastíněna současná situace ve vybraných firmách a odhaleny náznaky nerovnosti možností i ohodnocení mezi muži a ženami.This thesis is concerned with the position of women in Japanese companies. The thesis is divided into two parts: In the first part the position of women in Japanese and Czech society is described and the position of women as employees in Japanese companies is examined. In the second part the current situation in Czech branches of Japanese companies is explored using the results of distributed questioner. The aim was to discover how much has the Japanese management brought its opinions on women employees to the Czech branches and find the main problems of women working in Japanese companies. Thanks to the research, the inequalities of results and opportunities were discovered and the main reasons for these inequalities were discussed.
