Tato diplomová práce pojednává o důchodových systémech v České republice, Nizozemsku a Belgii. V posledních letech se penzijní systémy téměř v celém světě upravu jí, proto je první kapitolu věnována příčinám těchto změn v penzích. Dále se práce zabývá historií penzichních systémů obecně a v každé z hlavních zemí a druhy penzí ve světě. Hlavní část práce je věnována penzím v Česku, Nizozemsku a Belgii, penzijnímu systému každé země a penzijním fondům.This thesis deals with the pension systems in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Belgium. In recent years, the pension systems in almost all over the world to edit it, so the first chapter is devoted to the causes of these changes in pension benefits.
