Bakalářská práce se snaží zabývat významem úlohy u středního managementu v řízení školy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretický výklad a objasnění základních pojmů z oblasti managementu škol. Práce se zde zabývá vymezením pojmu středního managementu, organizační strukturou škol, rolemi zaměstnanců, představením jednotlivých škol i představením metody výzkumného šetření. Druhá část shrnuje praktické poznatky, získané analýzou dokumentace jednotlivých škol, dále pak získané poznatky z osobních rozhovorů s jednotlivými vedoucími pracovníky a poznatky získané dotazníkovým šetřením. Cílem mé práce je porovnat struktury středního managementu na jednotlivých školách, popsání rozdělení pravomocí a kompetencí středního managementu na různých školách, vnímaní pozice středního managementu pracovníky škol i vedením školy.The Bachelor Thesis attempts to deal with the signifikance of the role of the middle management in the proces of school management. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focussed on the theoretical interpretation and explanation of the fundamental concepts in the field of school management. It deals with the specification of the term middle management, organizational structure of schools, the roles of employees, presentation of individual schools as well the introduction of the method of research investigation. The sekond part summarizes the practical pieces of knowledge obtained from the analysis of the documentation of the particular schools and the acquired pieces of knowledge gained from a questionnaire surfy. The aim of the thesis is the comparison of the structure of middle management at particular schools, the description of the division of authorities and competence of middle management at various schools, the perception of the position of middle management by school staff and school management.
