Tato magisterská diplomová práce předkládá problematikou výskytu mobbingu v mateřských školách.V teoretické části se zabývá historií a definicí pojmu mobbing. Popisuje příčiny, fáze a účastníky tohoto fenoménu, jeho důsledky a způsoby obrany. Zabývá se institucí mateřské školy a jejími zaměstnanci. Představuje zahraniční i české výzkumy nežádoucího chování na pracovišti. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit míru výskytu mobbingu, nejčastější formy nepřátelského chování, typické reakce obětí a způsoby řešení mobbingu. Hledá hypotetickou typickou oběť a pachatele mobbingu.This thesis presents the issue of mobbing in nursery schools. The theoretical part deals with the history and definition of mobbing. Describes the causes, stages and participants of this phenomenon, its consequences and methods of defense.It deals with institutions kindergarten and its employees.Represents Czech and foreign researches undesirable behavior in the workplace.The aim of the research is to determine the prevalence of mobbing, the most common forms of hostility, the typical reaction of victims of mobbing and solutions.
