V bakalářské práci jsem zkoumala vztahy alexithymie, disociace a strategie zvládání stresu u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. Ve výzkumu jsem disponovala výzkumným vzorkem N = 20. Celý výzkumný soubor pocházel z Neurologické kliniky Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci. Jako výzkumné metody jsem použila TAS-20 (Toronto Alexithymia Scale), DES (Dissociation Experiences Scale), SVF-78 (strategie zvládání stresu). Výsledky ukazují, že alexithymie je přítomna u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou v 15 %, psychická disociace v 5 %. Tyto proměnné mají u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou statisticky prokazatelné vztahy se strategiemi zvládání stresu.In the Bachelor´s Thesis I investigated the relationship of alexithymia, dissociation and Stress coping strategies of in pacient with sclerosis multiplex. In my research I had the research sample N = 20. Whole research group originated from Department of Neurology at University College Hospital in Olomouc. As research methods I used the TAS-20 (Toronto Alexithymia Scale), DES (Dissociation Experiences Scale) and SVF-78 (Coping strategies of Stress). The results have shown that alexithymia is present in pacient with sclerosis multiplex in 15 %, psychological dissociation in 5 %. These variables are statistically proven relationships with coping strategies in in pacient with sclerosis multiplex.
