Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na třídního učitele v současné škole. Zabývá se činnosti třídního učitele základní školy, jeho funkcemi. V teoretické části je popsána učitelská profese, dále funkce pedagogických pracovníků. Další část pojednává o třídním učiteli a jeho funkcích, činnostech a kompetencích. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována třídnické hodině. Cílem praktické části práce je zjistit pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které činnosti jsou nejdůležitější pro třídního učitele, co třídního učitele motivuje v této funkci a která činnost je pro něj obohacením a naopak, která je zatěžující.The thesis is focused on the class teacher at the school. It deals with the activities of the class teacher of primary school and with functions of the class teacher. The theoretical part describes the teaching profession and function of the educators. The next part deals with the class teacher and its functions, activities and competencies. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to the "class hour". The aim of the practical part is find out which activities are the most important for the class master using a questionnaire survey. What motivates them in their function and which duty is rewarding or not and which is burdensome.
