Práce se zabývala tématem supervize jako profesionálním nástrojem pomoci pracovníkům v pomáhajících profesích. Cílem práce byla podrobná analýza potřeb a úroveň znalostí pracovníků v oblasti supervize a jejího zavádění v nestátních neziskových organizacích poskytující sociální služby v Libereckém kraji. Bakalářská práce byla rozdělena do dílčích úseků, jejichž smyslem bylo teoreticky vymezit vývoj supervize, její druhy, funkce a cíle. Výzkum byl proveden v nestátních neziskových organizacích Libereckého kraje, které poskytují registrované sociální služby. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníků, které byly zaslány vybraným respondentům organizací poskytující sociální služby. Výstupem diplomové bakalářské práce je návrh opatření, kterým lze nestátní neziskové organizace v zavádění supervize podpořit. Detailněji jsem se zaměřila na samotný proces supervize a do hloubky jsem se věnovala popisu výběru supervizora. V závěru teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku neziskových organizací a jejích legislativní vymezení.This Bachelor's diploma thesis is dealing with the topic of the supervision as a professional tool of help for employees in the helping professions. Aim of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the employees' needs and level of knowledge in the field of supervision and its implementation in the non-profitable organizations providing social services in the Liberec County. This Bachelor's diploma thesis has been divided into sub-sections, whose purpose was to theoretically define the development of the supervision, its types, function and aims. In detail I focused on the process of the supervision itself and I am describing in depth the selection of a supervisor. In the conclusion of the theoretical part I focused on the characteristics of the non-profitable organizations and defining their legislative. The research was carried out in the non-profitable organizations of the Liberec County that provide registered social services. The research was conducted using questionnaires that were sent to the selected respondents of the organizations providing social services. The output of this Bachelor's diploma thesis is a proposal for arrangement which can be used as a support for implementation of supervision in the non-government non-profitable organizations.
