Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na příslušníky Policie České republiky a Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR, kteří se stávají obětmi trestných činů a následně potřebují psychologickou pomoc. Práce v teoretické části charakterizuje systém psychologické pomoci obětem v Policii ČR a HZS. Detailně jsou představeny dva psychologické programy, které nabízí ministerstvo vnitra oběma složkám - Linka pomoci v krizi a Posttraumatické intervenční centrum, blíže jsou vymezeny pojmy jako posttraumatická stresová porucha, traumatizující událost a funkce koordinátora týmu PIP a vedoucího psychologa. V praktické části jsou formou dotazníku ověřovány hypotézy o informovanosti a osobních zkušenostech s uvedenými službami. Analýzou dotazníku jsou hypotézy potvrzeny. Ze závěru práce vyplývá, že informovanost o psychologických programech MVČR je nedostatečná.The theses are focused on the Police of the Czech Republic and the Fire and Rescue Service, who become victims of crime and then need psychological help. In the theoretical part, the theses characterize the system of psychological help for victims in the ranks of Police and Fire Rescue Service. The two psychological programs - Helpline in crisis and Traumatic intervention centre, which the Ministry of Interior offers to Police and Fire Rescue service, are introduced in detail. The concepts such as post-traumatic disorder, traumatic event coordinator, team leader of PIP and head psychologist are defined closer. In the practical part, the hypotheses are validated with the help of questionnaire about awareness and personal experiences with the above mentioned services. By the analysis of the questionnaire the hypotheses have been confirmed. The conclusion of this work show that the awareness about the psychological programs of MVČR is insufficient
