Vzhledem ke zvyšující se frekvenci mykotických onemocnění je nutné sledovat rezistenci antifungálních látek k mikromycetám, tj. kvasinkám i vláknitým houbám. V práci je podán přehled standardizovaných metod a jejich metodické aspekty. Dále jsou charakterizovány dostupné komerční varianty testování citlivosti mikroskopických hub k antimykotikům a hodnoceny jejich výhody a nevýhody.Given the increasing frequency of fungal diseases, it is necessary to monitor the resistance of antifungals to microscopic fungi, i.e. both yeasts and filamentous fungi. The work is an overview of standardized methods and their methodological aspects. It also provides characteristics of available commercial options for testing the susceptibility of microscopic fungi to antifungals including their advantages and disadvantages.
