Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem výšky sedací plochy na posturální a svalovou aktivitu během vstávání ze sedu do stoje u pacientů po transtibiální amputaci dolní končetiny. Vstávání ze sedu patří mezi jednu z nejčastěji prováděných aktivit každodenního života a může být náročnější než jiné běžně prováděné činnosti, jakými jsou chůze nebo chůze po schodech. U transtibiálně amputovaných jedinců dochází vlivem ztráty distálních svalů, omezením rozsahů pohybu a nedostatkem aferentních informací z proprioreceptorů a kožních receptorů plosky ke změnám při provádění pohybu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky k amputacím, protetice, posturální stabilitě a vstávání ze sedu do stoje. V praktické části jsou shrnuty informace ze získaných posturografických a elektromyografických výsledků u 7 probandů po transtibiální amputaci.This thesis examines the influence of seat height on postural and muscular activity while moving from sitting to standing position in patients after transtibial amputation of lower limbs. Standing up from a sitting position is among one of the most common activities of daily living and may be more demanding than other commonly performed activities such as walking or climbing stairs. For transtibial amputee subjects occurs due to loss of distal muscles, limited range of motion and lack of afferent information from proprioception and plantar cutaneous receptors to changes in the implementation of motion. In the theoretical section summarizes the findings amputations, prosthetics, postural stability and moving from sitting to standing. In the practical part, there are summarizes the information obtained from posturographic and electromyographic results in 7 probands after transtibial amputation.
