Obsahem této diplomové práce je shrnutí poznatků o problematice lézí rotátorové manžety a zlomenin proximálního humeru, jejich diagnostice, operační a rehabilitační léčby na základě provedených novodobých studií. Cílem práce bylo zhodnocení výsledků léčby a míry disability RAK u pacientů po rekonstrukci rotátorové manžety a zlomenin proximálního humeru na základě měření Constant score a dotazníkového šetření v průběhu půl roku od operace. Naměřené data byla statisticky zpracována a okomentovány výsledky jednotlivých hypotéz. Také byly zjištěny některé faktory ovlivňující výsledek léčby.The content of the diploma thesis is a summary of findings regarding issues of rotator cuff lesions and proximal humeral fractures, the diagnosis, surgical and rehabilitative treatment based on the modern realised studies. The object of the thesis was to evaluate results of the treatment and the rate of the shoulder joint disability for patients after the rotator cuff reconstruction and the proximal humeral fractures based on the Constant Score measurements and the survey during half a year after the operation. The measured data were statistically analyzed and commented were the results of hypoteses. Some factors having influence on the treatment outcome have also been found out.
