Cílem práce bylo zjistit provádění tělesných přezkoušení příslušníků Záchranného útvaru hasického záchranného sboru Hlučín ČR, které jsou prováděny jednou ročně z důvodu zjištění fyzické připravenosti pro výkon služby. Během statistického zpracování dat, kdy jsem sledoval období tří let, bylo zjištěno, že provádění a hodnocení těchto testů není ideálně zvoleno a nastaveno, a to hlavně z důvodů náročnosti těchto testů, tak i z důvodu motivačních jednotlivých příslušníků hasického záchranného sboru.The aim of this thesis was to determine the implementation of the physical tests of the members of the Rescue Unit of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic Hlučín. These tests are carried out annualy in order to find out physical readiness for the service performance. During the statistical data processing. I was monitoring the three year period and found out that the implementation and evaluation of these tests are not ideally selected and set up. The main reason is the difficulty of these tests and also the motivation of the memebers of the FRS CR.
