Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikováním námi sestaveného reedukačního postupu u vybraných klientů s poruchou hlasu, konkrétněji s hlasovou nedomykavostí, a jeho celkovou úspěšností. V našem výzkumném šetření očekáváme po aplikování vybraných reedukačních cviků, které popisujeme v praktické části diplomové práce, zlepšení objektivního i subjektivního stavu u klientů s hlasovými obtížemi. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V první kapitole teoretické části rozebíráme historický pohled na hlasový aparát a jeho funkci. Druhá kapitola se mimo jiné zabývá hlasovým aparátem, správnou funkcí respirace při reedukačních cvičeních a popisem zásad hlasové hygieny. Ve třetí kapitole vymezujeme pojem poruchy hlasu. Ve čtvrté kapitole teoretické části rozebíráme jednotlivé programy hlasové terapie, které se aplikují u nás i v zahraničí. Na počátku praktické části charakterizujeme věkovou skupinu klientů, kterým jsme se v rámci naší reedukační práce věnovali. Krom použitých metod a způsobu organizace výzkumného šetření dále popisujeme dechová, artikulační a hlasová cvičení využitá během hlasových reedukací. Jejich aplikaci konkrétně popisujeme v kazuistikách, které jsou součástí praktické části diplomové práce.The thesis is concerned with applying of our assembled reeducation process, with selected clients with voice disorders, specifically with voice incompetence, and its overall success. In our research we have expected improving objective and subjective state of the clients with voice disorders after applying selected reeducation exercises that have been described in the practical part of the thesis. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the first chapter of the theoretical part we examined historical view of the vocal apparatus and its function. The second chapter deals with, besides other vocal apparatus, proper function of respiration in reeducation exercises and a description of the principles of vocal hygiene. In the third chapter have been defined the notion of voice disorders. In the fourth chapter of the theoretical part we examined the specific programs of voice therapy that are used at home and abroad. At the beginning of the practical part we have characterized the age group of our pursued clients who participated in reeducation process. In addition to used methods and the form of the research organization, further we have described breathing, articulation and vocal exercises utilized during voice reeducation. The usage of these exercises has been specifically described in the case reports that are part of the practical part of the thesis.
