Diplomová práce prezentuje možná východiska nahlížející na dítě s infaustní prognózou. Teoretická část seznamuje s odbornou terminologií a vývojem úmrtnosti dětí. Představuje historické pojetí smrti a vyvrací záměnu eutanazie s nacistickým programem ?Eutanazie?. Pojednává o ekonomickém, právním, spirituálním, etickém a psychologickém hledisku ve vztahu k dané problematice. Posledním prezentovanou oblastí je středoškolská příprava zdravotníků oboru Zdravotnický asistent, kde je provedena obsahovaná analýza RVP a ŠVP z oblasti thanatologie. Představuje profil a uplatnění absolventů tohoto studijního oboru. Tím blíže charakterizuje respondenty zúčastněné ve výzkumné části diplomové práce, která zjišťuje pohled žáků tohoto oboru na smysl života dětí s infaustní prognózou.This thesis presents possible solutions viewing the child with a life limiting prognosis. The theoretical part introduces the technical terminology and the development of child mortality. Represents the historical concept of death and confusion refutes the Nazi euthanasia program "Euthanasia". It discusses the economic, legal, spiritual, ethical and psychological aspects in relation to the issue. The last area is presented secondary school training medical assistant medical field where analysis is performed including FEP and SEP in the field of thanatology. Presents a profile, and graduates of this field of study. This qualifies the respondents involved in the research part of the thesis, which investigates this field of view of students on the meaning of life for children with life limiting prognosis.
