Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou individuálního plánování v Centru sociálních služeb Prostějov. První kapitola je zaměřena na potřeby seniorů, úskalí stáří. Následuje popis cílové skupiny pobytové služby, kterou tvoří senioři s ohledem na jejich přání a potřeby ve stáří. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje multidisciplinární tým, který proces individuálního plánování s uživatelem realizuje. V empirické části zkoumáme odborný přístup zaměstnanců uvedeného zařízení k individuálnímu plánování u uživatelů sociálních služeb.Diploma thesis deals with the issue of the individual planning in Centrum sociálních služeb Prostějov. The first chapter is focused on the needs of the elderly, the perils of old age. Following is a description of the target group residential services, which consists the seniors with regard to their wishes and needs in old age. The third chapter describe the multidisciplinary team, that the process of the individual planning with the user realize. In the empirical part we examine the professional approach of the employees of the residence to the individual planning at the users of social services.
