Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku syndrom vyhoření u vybraných sociálních pracovníku. Seznamuje s procesem syndromu vyhoření v celé jeho šíři a prevencí. Popisuje činnost sociálních pracovníků v domově pro seniory, jejich kompetence a uživatele, se kterými pracují. Hlavním cílem je zkoumání faktorů, které ovlivňují vznik syndromu vyhoření u vybrané skupiny a prostřednictvím výzkumu zjistit situaci v Olomouckém kraji. Šetření probíhalo kvalitativní i kvantitativní metodou, za pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníků.This thesis is focusing on the problems of burnout syndrome of particular social workers. It introduces the process of developing of burnout syndrome from the wide perspective and how to prevent this problem. This thesis describes the activities of social workers in old people?s homes, the authority they have and the clients they work with.
