Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na práci terénního sociálního pracovníka s dětmi a mládeží. Teoretická část se věnuje definování terénní sociální práce, cílové skupiny a profese terénního sociálního pracovníka. V empirické části je proveden rozhovor s terénní sociální pracovnicí. Jedná se o polostrukturovaný rozhovor, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak terénní terénní sociální práce probíhá v praxi.The bachelor thesis focuses on the work of field social worker oriented to children and teenagers. The theoretical part pursues a definition of field social work, a target group and a profession of field social worker. In the empirical part there is an interview with a field social worker. It is a half-structural interview, and its aim is to find out how the field social work occurs in the real world.
