Bakalářská práce se zabývá dechovými cvičeními a relaxačními technikami a jejich využitím u osob s narušenou komunikační schopností. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy jako komunikace, narušená komunikační schopnost, relaxace, stres, hlas, hlasotvorné ústrojí, dýchání apod. Jsou zde popsány vybrané relaxační metody a dechová cvičení. Praktická část práce zkoumá využití dechových a relaxačních technik klienty s narušenou komunikační schopností v praxi.This thesis deals with breathing exercises and relaxation techniques , and how they are used with people who have impaired communication abilities. The teoretical part explains concepts such as communication disorder, relaxation, stress, voice, vocal tract, breathing. There are selected and explained relaxation methods and breathing exercises. The practical part explores the use of breathing and relaxation techniques in speech therapy.
