Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti žen žijících v regionu Uničovsko a příčinami jejich nezaměstnanosti. Nezaměstnanost obecně je jedním z velkých problémů současnosti a ženy se častěji setkávají s problémy při uplatnění se na trhu práce. Cílem teoretické části práce je přiblížit obecně problematiku nezaměstnanosti, zjistit a vysvětlit její nejčastější příčiny, popsat situaci žen na trhu práce a vývoj jejich nezaměstnanosti na Uničovsku. Cílem empirické části práce je zjistit a objasnit možné příčiny nezaměstnanosti žen v regionu Uničovsko. Ke zjištění cílů empirické části práce je použita kvalitativní metoda - polostrukturovaný rozhovor.This thesis deals with the issue of female unemployment living in the region Uničovsko and causes of their unemployment. The unemployment is generally one of the big problems now and women are more often confronted with problems with successing on the labor market. The purpose of theoretical part of this work is to approximate problems with the unemployment in general, find out and explain its most common causes, describe the situation of women on the labor market and the development of their unemployment in the region Uničovsko. The purpose of empirical part is to find out and clarify the possible causes of female unemployment in the region Uničovsko. To identify the purposes of the empirical part of this work is used qualitative method - semi-structured interview.
