Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém spolupráce kurátora pro děti mládež a Probační a mediační služby (PMS) v trestních věcech mladistvých v Královéhradeckém kraji. Seznamuje s charakteristikou mladistvých a možným rizikovým chováním, kterým se v rámci sociální práce zabývá kurátor pro děti a mládež. Seznamuje s činností tohoto pracovníka, předpoklady pro výkon jeho profese a metodami sociální práce. Vymezuje Probační a mediační službu z pohledu restorativní justice a opatření ukládaná mladistvým. Práce je ve výzkumné části, prostřednictvím standardizovaných rozhovorů, zaměřena na samotnou spolupráci kurátorů pro děti a mládež a specialistů na práci s mládeží na PMS. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak spolupráce v daném okrese probíhá a jaká jsou její možná úskalí.The bachelor thesis focuses on the system of cooperation between the curator for children and youth and the Probation and mediation service (PMS) in the process of solving juvenile crimes in the Královehradecký region. It acquaints with the characteristic of juveniles and possible risk behaviour with which is the curator for children and youth concerned within the social service. The thesis defines the activity of this social worker as well as the prerequisites for execution of his profession and also methods of social service. It delimits the Probation and mediation service from the point of view of the restorative judiciary and the measures imposed on juveniles. In the research part the thesis is via standardized conversations focused on the cooperation itself between the curator and experts on work with juveniles in PMS. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to discover how does the regional cooperation take place and what are its possible difficulties.
