Diplomová práce uvádí propojení tělesné kultury s municipalitou, na úrovni komunální politiky. Zabývá se analýzou rozpočtu města za vybrané období, a přehledem financí plynoucích do sportu a rekreace. Přináší srovnání poskytovaných grantů prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek a rovněž vyhodnocuje situaci a předkládá návrh řešení.This work will show you the connection between physical culture and municipality. There are analysis of summary budget of years 2009-2012 and financing of sports and recreation. There are graphs and chartse, which compare grants to sport and other type of financing to sport. Also I offer methods for a properly regulated distribution of money from the municipality budget.
