Práce se zabývá motivací v dobrovolnickém cestovním ruchu formou WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms). Na základě výzkumu provedeného s registrovanými subjekty srovnává motivaci česky a anglicky mluvících účastníků k registraci do české národní organizace WWOOFcz, a vytváří profil účastníka WWOOF v České republice. Práce dále obecně hodnotí význam členství ve WWOOF pro samotné účastníky.The present thesis deals with motivation in volunteer tourism on the example of WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms). Based on a survey conducted with registered participants, it compares the motivation of Czech-speaking and English-speaking participants to register with Czech national WWOOF organization and creates a profile of a WWOOF participant in Czech Republic. In addition, the thesis evaluates the significance of membership in WWOOF to the participants in general.
