Bakalářská práce pojednává o náplni práce asistenta pedagoga na základní škole speciální. V teoretické části se zabývá pojmy mentální retardace, kombinované postižení, edukace osob s mentálním a kombinovaným postižením, rámcový vzdělávací program a asistent pedagoga. Empirická část obsahuje kazuistiku tří žáků s postižením, jejíž součástí je pozorování práce asistenta pedagoga s žákem. Na závěr přináší informace o motivaci k práci asistenta pedagoga.This Bachelor thesis deals with the job description of a teacher?s assistant at a special primary school. The theoretical portion deals with the concepts of mentalretardation, combined disability and the educational of people with a mental and combined disability, the educational program framework and the teacher?s assistant. The empirical portion includes three case studies of students with disabilities, which include the observation of the teacher?s assistant while workingwith the student. Finally, it provides information on the work motivation of a teacher?s assistant.
