Záměrem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit na jaké úrovni jsou pohybové aktivity nebo tělesná cvičení v psychiatrické léčebně a to konkrétně v léčebně Nechanice. Zjistil jsem, že v roce 2012 byla pohybová aktivita prováděná v léčebně ne úplně správně zacílená na dané pacienty, kteří se v tuto dobu v léčebně nacházeli. Zvolené pohybové aktivity nebyly v rámci terapie úplně správně načasovány a využívány. Poznatky z této bakalářské práce budou předány do léčebny.The intention of the Bachelor's thesis was to find out at what level of physical activity or physical exercises in a psychiatric hospital, and more specifically in the clinic Nechanice. I have found that in the year 2012 was physical activity carried out in the hospital not quite correctly aimed at the patients, who were at this time in the hospital.
